The most common problem in villa projects is different crews waiting on each other and nobody owning the responsibility. When we plan the steel roof, railings, pergola and MEP works with the same team, the schedule runs from one point; coordination losses and rework on site are reduced.
How we work
At the site visit we review the current state of the building and the architectural design and decide which works come in which order. Structural and MEP designs are prepared with our partner engineers; fabrication is done in our workshop, erection and MEP installation by our own team.

At what stage of the villa construction do you come in?
We can start at the design stage or while structural works are under way. For MEP, planning before structural works is the most efficient; steel roof and outdoor works start once the concrete frame is complete.
Do you take roof-only or MEP-only jobs?
Yes. We also work on single items; running everything from one point is an advantage, not a requirement.
Do you work with our architect?
Yes. We take the architectural and structural designs as the basis and clarify the application details together with your architect.
