Which areas do you serve?
Our base is in Ayazağa, Sarıyer; we work across Istanbul and, depending on the project, in neighbouring provinces.
Is the site visit charged?
Just get in touch for a site visit and an initial assessment; we plan the visit together during the conversation.
Do you take MEP-only or steel-only jobs?
Yes. Running both lines together is an advantage, not a requirement; we also work on single items.
Who prepares the design?
Structural, mechanical and electrical designs are prepared by our partner engineers; installation is done by our own team.
Steel and metal
Do you do laser cutting and coating yourselves?
Laser cutting, bending and coating run in integration with our solution partners; fabrication, welding and erection are done by our own team.
Is a permit required for a steel structure?
It depends on the type and scope of the structure; mezzanines, additional storeys and new buildings usually require design and permit procedures. We guide you at the site visit.
Will it rust outdoors?
Not with the right surface protection: outdoors we recommend hot-dip galvanizing with electrostatic powder coating on top.
MEP
How do you test the installations?
After the first fix and before plastering and cladding we run pressure and leak tests; in electrical works insulation and earthing measurements. We do not move on until they are verified.
Do you install smart home or access card systems?
No. Our low-voltage scope covers data-network, cameras, fire detection, intercom, alarm and public address systems.
Do you work at night in malls?
Yes. We plan according to the hours and rules set by the mall management.
Quotation and payment
What should I send to get a quote?
Building type, district, approximate size and, if available, drawings or photos are enough. You can fill in the quote form or write on WhatsApp.
When will the quote arrive?
A written quote is prepared after the site visit and once the required information is complete; we share the timing during the conversation.
How is payment made?
The payment plan is set in the contract according to the scope of the work; we clarify it together at the quotation stage.
