In store projects the calendar and the mall's rules decide. We complete fabrication in the workshop and only install on site, so we stay true to the opening date; we follow the order set by the mall management, including night work.
How we work
We turn the concept drawing into fabrication details and prepare samples where needed. We coordinate MEP works with the mall's technical team and carry out tests and documentation together at handover.

Because fabrication runs ahead in the workshop and only installation happens on site, store delivery times are short. We share a day-by-day schedule after the site visit.

Yes. For fire, electrical and air conditioning works we coordinate with the mall's technical team.
