Steel Construction
Fast-built, safe and long-lasting steel structures; from design to erection under one roof.
Steel construction stands out in residential, commercial and industrial buildings thanks to its light weight, high load capacity and fast erection. From a mezzanine floor to a full steel building, we design projects based on the structural calculations of our partner engineers, fabricate them in our workshop and complete the erection on site.

What determines the price
A firm price follows the site visit and design; these items shape the quotation.
- Total steel tonnage and section types
- Span, height and load conditions
- Surface protection (galvanizing, coating)
- Site access and erection conditions (crane etc.)
- Whether design and permits are in scope
Frequently asked questions
Is steel construction faster than reinforced concrete?
Usually yes. Members are prepared in the workshop and assembled on site, so construction time is significantly shorter. We share the exact schedule after the site visit and design.
Are steel structures earthquake-resistant?
Steel is ductile and light, which is an advantage under seismic loads. Resistance comes from correct structural analysis and code-compliant design; all our projects are prepared on that basis.
Can a steel mezzanine or extra storey be added to an existing building?
Yes, after the load capacity of the existing structure is verified by an engineering assessment. We plan this assessment together during the site visit.
Is a permit required for steel construction?
It depends on the type and scope of the structure. Mezzanines, additional storeys and new buildings usually require design and permit procedures; we guide you at the site visit.
